Beauty is not so stable
Human Beings not carved out of marble,
It may change any time
Until one is beautiful, then its fine;

Blessed are the beautiful ones
They do hide themselves when beauty being lost once.
So, nothing is permanent if life
Real beauty is to be ever as one's wife.

Eat food with better reason, if not it is treason.

When we eat our food with proper reason

We can live so hail and healthy at any season,

When unwanted food being stuffed inside 

Will bring unnecessary disease from outside;

Another important thing, we have to eat only when we are hungry

Its mere stupidity to eat on seeing something like Jawingry:  

And eating food after good intervals will be a nice habit to follow

There must be a rest time given to stomach after every meals, this we must surely allow.
